Customer Service Shipping & Delivery All orders are shipped via regular airmail from Ireland. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. During new releases, tours, and other busy office times this processing time could possibly be a week or more. 'Shipped' is the day that your order is delivered to the post office. After that I'm afraid it's in the hands of the postman as below. Airmail delivery from Ireland to: Britain 3-5 days Europe 3-5 days Eastern Block 5-7 days USA/Canada 5-7 days Rest of World 7-10 days These estimated delivery times are just approximates as given by the Letter Post Customer Services. Returns & Replacements You may return "new and unused" merchandise within 30 days of ship date as stated in our Returns section for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling. "New and unused" means that the plastic shrink wrapping has not been removed from cds. A few of our products are not shrink wrapped. In this case "new and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.
